After School Day Care

St. Francis Day Care is an after school recreation / care program located at St. Francis School. The staff is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the individual child by guiding spiritual, social, academic, and physical growth through challenging and nurturing activities in a Christian atmosphere.

Day Care follows the school calendar, operating Mondays through Fridays, and closed on all days that school is not in session.

How to Sign Up

Enrollment and Authorization Form

This form (available in office) plus registration payment must be completed and returned to the school office by Monday, August 8. By state law, all children must have an individual Enrollment and Authorization form on file. For families, this means that a separate form must be filled out for each child. We must be able to reach parents by phone at all times. Due to staffing and space, Day Care is limited to the first 32 students enrolled.

Monthly Reservation Form (located on the far right of this page)

Please fill out the reservation form completely, marking each day your child will attend. All families must have a reserve calendar on file for their child/ren at the beginning of the month. Payments received after the 5th of each month will have a $15 late fee applied. Please pay in the office.

Fees

Full Time - 13 or more days per month

$100 for first child
$80 for second child
$60 for third child

Part Time - 12 days or less per month

$70 for first child
$55 for second child
$40 for third child

Registration Fee

$25 for one child
$35 for family

Your registration fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel your enrollment. This is not a drop-in program. Daily rates are not available.

Late Pick Up Fee

A late pick up fee will be charged if children are picked up after 6:00 pm. The late charge is $5.00 for any time between 6:00 and 6:15 pm and an additional $5.00 for every portion of five minutes thereafter. This fee will appear on your next bill.

Emergency Closures

Whenever school is closed due to an emergency (weather or otherwise), Day Care will be closed as well.

Parent Back-Up System

All parents should insure they have an alternative care-giver for their child on days when he/she is ill or the program is closed (emergency closure, holidays, etc.).

Daily Check-In & Pick-Up Procedures

Your child must check in upon arrival each day. Please pick your child up no later than 6:00 pm. When you pick your child up, you must sign out on the daily check sheet. Only people listed on the authorization form will be allowed to pick your child up.
